Systemic Coaching is a method that, in just one session, enables us to discover the hidden dynamics that impede or hinder the progress of a person or an organisation and find the best solution for balance and the benefit of the personal and / or professional system.
An individual systemic coaching session is especially recommended when we want to make an important decision, resolve a conflict, achieve more clarity on an issue, improve an area of our life, assess different options, manage a relationship more effectively or unblock "entrenched" situations.
ORGANISATIONAL SYSTEMIC COACHING
Systemic coaching is very important for organisations, since they are complex systems in which an effective interaction of the teams is essential for the achievement of objectives. The people who work in organisations are themselves part of many other systems (family, social, etc.), that influence them and, consequently, the organisation.
Sometimes problems cannot be solved through consulting, training or development, because they are created and embedded at a deeper level of individual or collective consciousness.
In organisations, systemic coaching serves to improve the functioning of teams, understand and clarify relationships and / or behaviours, evaluate options and make appropriate decisions, find the true causes and origins of problems, improve the organisational culture, improve management quality, assess processes, etc.
The method we use is based on the teachings of Bert Hellinger and Gunthard Weber.
